About the Role

At SpaceX, we are seeking an exceptional Hardware Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Components Test Organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our flight hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed test plans and campaigns to validate the performance of our critical systems.

Job Description
  • Filling the role of instrumentation and test expert on the flight hardware development team
  • Developing requirements for new test systems needed to test and validate flight hardware
  • Working with cross-discipline teams to conceptualize and develop new test systems

We require candidates with a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 1+ years of experience working on mechanical, fluid, or electrical systems. Familiarity with mechanical, fluid, and/or electrical engineering concepts is also necessary.
