Ambulatory Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Nursing Specialist to join our team at NavitsPartners.
Job Overview:This is a critical role that requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Accurately document patient information, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication, promote continuity of care, and foster a positive patient experience.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements as needed.
- RN License and AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in med/surg or clinic setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills essential.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
