About the Role

This is a full-time position working day shifts at our Glisan Street Clinic in Portland, OR. As a Clinic RN, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 18 months professional nursing experience
