Customer Service Agent

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Service Agent. This position involves assisting clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our services.
Compensation: After completing the training period, the pay rate is $13.25 per hour, contingent upon fulfilling a 40-hour work week. If the full schedule is not met, the hourly rate will be $12.25. We consistently provide 40-hour schedules.
Work Environment: Equipment will be provided, and there is an opportunity to work remotely after successful training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand and address their needs, concerns, or issues with our services.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to callers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Practicing active listening to clarify information and manage challenging situations with clients effectively.
- Complying with all organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to engage with customers and assist in resolving their inquiries.
Availability to work various shifts, including late nights and weekends.
