POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a committed professional to assist the sales department at Everence Services. This role is essential in delivering technical knowledge, administrative assistance, and outstanding client support. Everence Services is a reputable financial organization that integrates faith-based principles with financial advisory expertise, ensuring the welfare of its clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Become proficient in utilizing the Everence client management system (CRM) for streamlined client information handling and office workflows.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Everence's investment and insurance offerings, along with associated processing systems.
  • Gain familiarity with external financial products endorsed by the office.
  • Remain informed about compliance standards and regulations.
  • Engage in team discussions and virtual meetings.
  • Manage various administrative tasks such as document upkeep, filing, correspondence, and client database oversight.
  • Assist with client inquiries, communication approvals, and application processing.
  • Support consultants with trading activities, client meetings, licensing requests, and additional responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: A minimum of two years of college education or specialized training is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous. A minimum of two years in an administrative support role is recommended.

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
