In this role, you will engage in daily scheduling tasks to support the electrical and instrumentation technician teams and uphold the preventative maintenance program. You will process and oversee work order requests, allocate labor hours, and account for parts utilized for specific assets. Additionally, you will generate necessary reports.

As the E&I Scheduler, your key responsibilities will include:

· Overseeing work preparation: defining scope, identifying parts, determining required skills, and estimating duration

· Organizing work orders in alignment with management's priorities

· Collaborating closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency

· Managing the assembly of planned parts

· Ensuring precise data history for analysis and the generation of performance metrics

· Supporting the strategies for maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution

· Guaranteeing that work orders are planned, documented, and printed; issuing schedules based on crew resource availability for each workday

· Validating completed work orders

· Developing enhanced work methods and procedures to consistently reduce production downtime and improve overall workforce productivity.
