About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team at Avista. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer-centric initiatives and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with Avista's vision and goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer experience projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement customer experience metrics and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, psychology)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
