Product Manager, Devices

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our PAX, Era, and future devices. This role demands a comprehensive approach to product management, requiring effective collaboration with internal hardware teams and external Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement device product strategies that align with our consumables strategy, ensuring a unified product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve product excellence, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch and subsequent enhancements.
  • Work with Beta/UX Research and Commercial teams to gather consumer insights that inform product requirements.
  • Leverage consumer insights to guide product decisions and drive continuous improvement, aligning product initiatives with the company's broader objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, developing a strategic product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience for physical products, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial design or user experience design preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal hardware teams and external ODMs.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching consumer-focused products.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with the vaporizer industry and its regulatory environment is advantageous.
