Product Innovation Manager

The Product Innovation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Product Marketing, this individual will be responsible for leading the product innovation process, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product innovation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, and Marketing, to design and develop new products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact product development.
  • Lead the development of product requirements and specifications, ensuring that they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage product costs and investments, ensuring that they align with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Partner with Brand and Product Marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate them into product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing product development from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Proven experience in leveraging consumer research to inform product development.
  • Experience leading or managing industrial design processes and working with design agencies.
  • Familiarity with integrating technological features, UI/UX development, and personalization algorithms into product development.
Additional Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Occasional travel for tradeshows, external partner meetings, and other relevant events required.
