Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for underwriting, closing, secondary marketing, collections, and foreclosure operations.
  • Manage a diverse range of lending requirements, ensuring compliance and value creation for our members.
  • Adapt to market trends while maintaining productivity and compliance in operations.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years in management or direct involvement in underwriting, collections, foreclosure, and loss mitigation for mortgage loans.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae underwriting standards.

Preferred Experience:
  • 5 years in portfolio underwriting.
  • 5 years managing a Home Loans portfolio.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Licenses & Certifications:
  • Eligibility for Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership abilities, including business acumen and effective communication.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing credit and collections policies.
  • Proficient in credit risk management and loan performance optimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mortgage lending regulations.
  • Adept at problem-solving and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships and represent the company professionally.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation: Salary range of $112,000 to $120,000 annually.

Work Environment: On-site position; no remote or hybrid options available.
