We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to patients.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery and prevent injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
