Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Compensation and Benefits Leader to join our team at Frontline Insurance Managers, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and implement the company's Total Rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies, including base salary, bonus, awards, and equity programs, to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, including Health and Welfare, 401(k)/Retirement, Executive Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, and Wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide thought leadership on compensation and benefits issues, including new hire packages, performance recognition, incentive plans, retention arrangements, and compensation structure, to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to assess and implement robust HR systems, workflows, security, and delegation of approval matrices to support the Total Rewards function.
  • Develop and execute operational roadmaps to strengthen the HR infrastructure, leveraging data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with HR service vendors and technology providers to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR Operations, with a focus on innovative, fast-growing workforces, ideally in an organization with 1,000+ team members.
  • Strong understanding of interdependencies in program and systems design, legal and tax implications of all compensation elements, and financial implications of compensation decisions.
  • Compensation leadership experience in a large company, with a proven track record of delivering compensation and benefit strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in leading large-scale HR programs from design to deployment, with heavy change management requirements, and a strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation, employment law, principles, policies, and procedures, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt HR strategies to align with local employment laws and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS functionality and in-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, with a consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.
