Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for.NET applications, addressing issues raised by users and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Offer technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person, guiding them through resolution processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand application functionalities, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to communicate user needs and system enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and availability, using tools and techniques to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Implement and manage monitoring solutions such as Application Insights, New Relic, or custom monitoring scripts.
  • Create and maintain detailed support documentation, including issue logs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Document common issues and their resolutions to improve the support process.
  • Assist in training end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new features or applications.
  • Manage and track incidents using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), ensuring all tickets are resolved within SLA.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or senior support staff as needed.
  • Assist in application maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to schedule and implement maintenance activities.
  • Analyze application performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work on performance tuning and optimization of.NET applications.
