Production Supervisor 2-2-3 Position

Job Summary
Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Supervisor 2-2-3 to oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct activities of assigned shift to ensure product meets Niagara's standards of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members through open communication, visibility, and involvement to promote a positive working environment.
- Analyze production schedules and adjust team member assignments to meet production targets.
- Responsible for team member coaching and development, employment decisions, and resolving issues through conflict resolution.
- Inspect raw materials and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to resolve downtime occurrences on the production lines.
- Complete shift reports for production numbers, downtime, attendance, overtime, and quality checks.
- Conduct walkthroughs to ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping compliance by team members.
- Interface with multiple departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of production processes and controls.
- Preferred qualifications include 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.

Education
- Minimum required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree.
