Weis Markets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Food Sales Associate to join our team. As a Frozen Food Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that frozen food products are fresh and saleable, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock frozen food products to meet customer demands and achieve efficiency and productivity standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure that frozen food products are rotated and priced correctly, and handle spoiled and damaged merchandise according to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cooler, and backroom.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties.
  • Help review orders to manage inventory levels and minimize loss.
  • Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the department and store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
