Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Food Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Frozen Food Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that frozen food products are fresh and saleable, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, cooler, and backroom
• Ensure that frozen food products are fresh and saleable by following rotation standards
• Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving concerns promptly
• Maintain condition of the sales floor, cooler, and backroom
• Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines
• May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries
• May assist with baling cardboard or other related duties
• Help review orders to manage inventory levels and minimize loss
• Ensure smooth function of department and store by cooperating with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without an accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No prior experience required
