As a Critical Care Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patient lives and advance your nursing career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's hospital, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in the region.

Job Summary

This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the physician and other members of the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Perform various procedures and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or current multistate license
  • One year of acute care experience, preferably in an ICU setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, and NIH Stroke Scale within six months of employment start date

Estimated Salary Range

$34.67 - $50.90 per hour based on years of experience and education level.
