As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a key role in directing and coordinating patient care services on designated shifts. **Job Description**
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions during designated shifts. This individual will function as a resource person for staff members and assist in necessary education of individual members of the nursing staff. The CNC will also assume responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care provided when s/he is on duty.

**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Two years of clinical practice experience in a related specialty
* Leadership/management experience preferred
