Job Title: Designer

TVGla is seeking a talented Designer to join our creative team. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality digital ad creative that drives subscriber growth for our professional sports streaming video platform and app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and concept ads for the digital space, including social media, banner ads, and email.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure the strategy and message is effectively communicated in every piece of creative.
  • Work within a team to increase subscriber growth, engagement, awareness, and app downloads for our client.

Requirements:

  • Online portfolio demonstrating strong design ability specifically in the digital advertising space.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience with design for digital advertising, including paid social, banners, and email.
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and a working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their uses in marketing and advertising.
  • Experience delivering against specs for various online platforms and publications.
  • Ability to adjust creative based on feedback and analytical data to improve results over time.
  • Strong sense of autonomy, ability to ask questions, and 'own' your deliverables.
  • Understanding of how to set up files so they are easy to edit and allow you to deliver a high-volume of assets quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge and/or experience using a template-driven dynamic asset management platform.
  • Video editing and motion ability is a big plus (using Premiere and After Effects).
  • Being a sports fan is a plus.
