We are looking for a skilled Designer to join our creative team at TVGla. This individual will work closely with creative leads and copywriters to develop digital ad creative that drives subscriber growth for a professional sports streaming video platform and app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and concept ads for digital platforms, including social media, banner ads, and email
  • Collaborate with the team to increase subscriber growth, engagement, awareness, and app downloads for our client
  • Work with copywriters to ensure the strategy and message are effectively communicated in every piece of creative

Requirements:

  • Online portfolio demonstrating strong design ability in digital advertising
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in design for digital advertising, including paid social, banners, and email
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and a working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their uses in marketing and advertising
  • Experience delivering against specs for various online platforms and publications
  • Ability to adjust creative based on feedback and analytical data to improve results over time
  • Strong sense of autonomy, ability to ask questions, and 'own' deliverables
  • Understanding of how to set up files for easy editing and high-volume asset delivery while maintaining quality
  • Excellent communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge and/or experience using a template-driven dynamic asset management platform
  • Video editing and motion ability is a plus (using Premiere and After Effects)
  • Being a sports fan is a plus
