Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team at LeadingEdge Personnel. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, assisting in standardizing and documenting workflow, and managing the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects and assist in standardizing and documenting workflow.
  • Act as a single point of contact to the customer for the purpose of collecting, consolidating and analyzing job specific product information.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure with professional and prompt customer service support.
  • Track project progress against customer delivery schedules and update schedule status both internally and externally.
  • Track status of customer approvals and keying to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Submit and process change orders for internal or external revisions to original scope.
  • Submit, track, and distribute responses for Request for Information (RFI).
  • Enter sales order pricing for locking devices and update orders with accurate ship to information.
  • Manage Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer details for international shipments.
  • Ensure sales order values remain in balance with current contract values.
  • Coordinate delivery of O&M manuals and product warranties upon project completion.
  • Develop a working knowledge of how products are built and installed to answer questions and provide limited technical support.
  • Develop a working knowledge of hardware schedules, key schedules, door schedules and job use drawings.
  • Facilitate and collaborate communications with customers, engineering, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress against customer delivery schedules and update schedule status both internally and externally to provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work with the Epicor ERP system to manage project data and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with Epicor ERP system is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Methodologies (Asana, Monday)
  • Advanced Excel and Office 365 experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree with study related to the Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management field or 3 Years experience in a junior project manager role.

Work Schedule: M-F/ 0800-1700
