Position Overview:

As the IT Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall functionality of the facility through effective IT solutions and operational efficiency. You will also oversee IT operations during the absence of the Director of IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote an atmosphere that reflects Bally's commitment to entertainment by fostering a lively and engaging environment.
  • Actively support Bally's customer-focused culture by delivering exceptional guest service and nurturing enduring guest relationships.
  • Oversee the comprehensive operations of the IT department.
  • Ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of the organization's IT systems.
  • Safeguard data integrity, network access, and backup systems.
  • Identify and address issues promptly by implementing strategic solutions.
  • Conduct system audits and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Establish, implement, and uphold policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards, company initiatives, and organizational objectives.
  • Manage the department's financial resources, including capital expenditures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members through education, coaching, and corrective measures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an IT managerial role is essential.
  • Familiarity with casino game regulations is necessary.
  • Proficient knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems is required.
  • Understanding of applicable gaming regulations is essential.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, including administration and installation, is required.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Frequent need to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, and reach overhead.
Work Environment:

The work environment is characterized by bright lights, loud noises, and high-pressure situations.
