Job Details

Compensation: At Towne Park, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation. Actual pay will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay for this role is $15 per hour.

Work Schedule: The schedule for this position includes AM/PM shifts, with weekend availability required.

Benefits: Employees may enroll in various insurance options, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine services. Additionally, employees can participate in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Eligibility for benefits is contingent upon job classification, duration of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may have specific terms.

SUMMARY

The Cashier is tasked with accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality services to all guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with all guests, colleagues, and clients. Acknowledge and greet guests promptly while ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Address guests using their last names when appropriate. Treat all individuals with courtesy, respect, and dignity. - 20% Maintain accuracy and composure in high-pressure situations. Use the appropriate greeting of the day and welcome guests to the facility. Adhere to proper phone etiquette. - 15% Assist guests with directions and inquiries. Provide information about the facility's amenities, meeting rooms, and local attractions. - 10% Determine guest charges and process payments through cash, credit, or direct billing. Accurately categorize tickets for auditing purposes. Collect and reconcile revenue efficiently and provide payment receipts. - 20% Complete accurate and timely shift reports. Follow all standard operating procedures related to cash management. Operate necessary equipment, including registers and credit card machines. Gather information about daily events and applicable rates. - 20% Complete all assigned tasks promptly as directed by the Lead Cashier or Account Manager. - 15%

SCOPE

Authority to Act:

The role is primarily routine. The incumbent follows established practices and procedures, with specific directions provided. Work is regularly checked or verified. Decisions are made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could impact the efficient operation of the department.

Working Environment
