Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all necessary information and materials are present for clinicians prior to patient visits
  • Escort patients to the appropriate room and accurately obtain and record history and chief complaint
  • Prepare patients for appointments based on diagnosis, procedure, and practice protocols
  • Responsible for scribing and documenting office visits on computer for clinicians
  • Assist clinicians with preparation of cosmetic procedures
  • Instruct and teach patients on aftercare for surgical and cosmetic procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Possesses and displays knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent computer skills
