Job Overview

Segula Technologies is seeking a dedicated Automotive Integration Specialist to oversee the voice of the customer development and set technical objectives for vehicle projects.

The Specialist will take charge of a specific functional area, such as Body, Interior, or Electrical, ensuring the successful development and execution of objectives related to that area on designated vehicle projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Vehicle Functional Objectives and Validation Plans (DVP&R).
  • Support the integration of new features and participate in technical clubs to maintain consistency across various vehicle lines.
  • Lead the issue resolution process by collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to identify root causes and formulate corrective action plans.
  • Conduct and support ride and drive events, validation trips, and pilot build activities.

Daily Activities:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate performance status and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Perform hands-on vehicle activities, including testing, inspection, and interrogation.
  • Benchmark against internal fleets or competitive sets.
  • Collaborate with workshops to manage vehicle updates.
  • Monitor vehicle performance progress using internal scorecard documents and systems.
  • Present updates to senior leadership during weekly escalation meetings.
