Job Description Overview

Join a Dynamic Team in Security Solutions

Conduct comprehensive security evaluations and audits for clients to uncover vulnerabilities, risks, and security requirements.
* Formulate tailored security strategies and recommendations based on evaluation outcomes.
* Collaborate with clients to deploy security measures, which may encompass physical security, electronic monitoring, access control systems, and security protocols and procedures.
* Offer expertise and guidance on security best practices and industry benchmarks.
* Facilitate security training sessions for client personnel as necessary.
* Remain informed on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations within the security sector.

Responsibilities

Possess a strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
* Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and a clean driving record is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel (with personal transportation) to client locations within the designated service area and occasionally beyond.
* Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminal justice, security management) is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in security consulting, risk assessment, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are advantageous.
