In this pivotal role, we are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead our Offensive Security Team, comprised of adept professionals specializing in Red Team assessments within the Swift ecosystem. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for our Red Team initiatives, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and impactful security evaluations. You will cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within your team.

Key Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will:
  • Formulate and execute the strategy, roadmap, and budget for the Red Team, ensuring alignment with the overarching objectives of the Global Security division.
  • Design and implement collaborative testing frameworks with key stakeholders (Blue and Purple Teams) to enhance overall security posture.
  • Conduct simulations of real-world cyber threats to uncover vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors.
  • Oversee all phases of Red Team and Purple Team engagements, from scoping and planning to execution and reporting, while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Analyze test outcomes thoroughly and manage the reporting process, detailing findings, exploitation methods, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Security Risk Management team to address findings and risk assessment needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding penetration testing engagements.
  • Drive offensive security initiatives, focusing on performance metrics, goal setting, and resource allocation for the team.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality engagements that align with company expectations and industry standards.
  • Manage team dynamics, including recruitment, performance evaluation, career progression, and retention strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external partners, including senior management and technical teams.
  • Effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Lead various penetration testing projects encompassing network, cloud, wireless, web application, and infrastructure testing.
Qualifications for Success

We are looking for candidates with:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within cybersecurity or offensive security teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in offensive security domains, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, exploit development, malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service, project management, and problem-solving abilities, capable of delivering impactful results under pressure.
  • A proven history of developing and executing successful strategies and budgets that drive risk mitigation.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
