Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage the operational functions of our organization. This is a part-time role with flexible hours during the weekdays, specifically from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Due to the nature of the position, remote work is not an option, as it requires direct interaction with team members. Compensation will be based on experience, and we prioritize maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of records and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain workplace facilities.
  • Provide support to the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate and enhance internal communication across departments.
  • Execute various office duties, including managing supplies and mail distribution.
  • Draft project proposals following established templates.
  • Adhere to organizational protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles or related fields.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
