About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Community Director to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Hire and manage facility staff, maintain staff schedules, manage ongoing staff training, and manage maintenance of the facility.
  • Communication: Write monthly newsletters, write and upload articles and update content for the community website/app, maintain community calendars, and provide regular email updates and written communication with residents.
  • Homeowner Interaction: Provide support for community clubs & organizations, respond to homeowner requests/questions, and interact with management office on any service requests or inquiries received from the homeowners.
  • General Management/Association Support: Attend HOA meetings and provide oral or written reports to the Board of Directors, manage registered users on the community website/app, manage homeowner content (message boards) on the community website/app, and upload documents, files, articles, and photos to the community website/app.
  • Event Planning: Plan special community-wide events throughout the year, plan regular community activities, and provide sound feedback to the Board on what events work and those that don't.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two-years in HOA property management; CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
  • Customer service focused; CAMs service their client on a daily basis.
  • Listening skills: CAMs need to listen to the problems of a client and provide a solution to meet the requests of the client.
  • Proactive: CAMs must proactively communicate with their client, team members, and superiors.
  • Management: CAMs must manage the budget, operations, schedules of a community association.
What We Offer
  • $26.00 to $31.00 hour, depending on education and experience.
