Job Summary:The Kids Ministry Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive children's ministry program that fosters spiritual growth, fun, and engagement for kids from birth to 5th grade. This includes leading a team of volunteers, developing curriculum, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive children's ministry program that aligns with the church's mission and values.
- Lead and develop a team of volunteers to support the children's ministry program.
- Develop and implement curriculum that fosters spiritual growth and engagement for kids.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Coordinate and lead children's ministry events and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in children's ministry, education, or a related field.
- Experience in children's ministry leadership and program development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for children's ministry and a commitment to spiritual growth and development.
