Technical Manager

Job Description:
Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our Financial Crime and Compliance Management Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and ensuring that our Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives
- Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, lead technical teams, and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions
- Assign tasks, mentor teams, track deliverables, and oversee activities of the team
- Coordinate technical interviews and provide performance feedback to management
- Interact with sales and product management to recommend future product enhancements
- Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer engineering-related occupation
- Functional domain expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), Enterprise Case Management, Compliance Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering, Currency Transaction Reporting, Know Your Customer, FCCM Studio, Operational Risk & Compliance, and Credit Risk Pooling & Estimations
