Position Information:
The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer Sr. is responsible for developing and expanding the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations. This position involves developing, testing, implementing, and supporting iOS/Android applications and related integrations. The MDM Engineer will provide administration, management, testing, and evaluation to ensure mobile implementations align with privacy, legal, security policies, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand mobile device management landscape
Develop, test, implement, and support iOS/Android applications and integrations
Provide administration, management, testing, and evaluation
Ensure mobile implementations align with privacy, legal, security policies, and corporate standards

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Information Technology - Mobile Device Management and in Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System preferred
7 years of experience in Information Technology - Mobile Device Management required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Workspace ONE or Jamf Professional Certification or Microsoft or Network+ Certification preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Additional Requirements:
As needed, the MDM Engineer may be required to work weekends or be on call.
