Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and service, and we are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join our team.

The MDM Engineer will be responsible for developing and expanding the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations. This includes developing, testing, implementing, and supporting iOS/Android applications and related integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Mobile Device Management, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems. A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations
  • Develop, test, implement, and support iOS/Android applications and related integrations
  • Provide administration, management, testing, and evaluation of mobile implementations to ensure compliance with privacy, legal, security policies, and corporate standards
  • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and track device inventory in the MDM environment
  • Perform audits and ensure mobile implementations are in line with WakeMed's policies and standards

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Mobile Device Management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and technology
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Workspace ONE or Jamf Professional Certification, or Microsoft or Network+ Certification, preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. As needed, weekend and call requirements may apply.
