Job Summary

The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance.
  • Ensure that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines.
  • Manage and control all operational related activities, including but not limited to:
    • Staffing and scheduling
    • Inventory management
    • Customer service
    • Quality control
    • Food safety and sanitation
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum 1 – Year management experience in a QSR restaurant facility is a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
  • Must be a leader and adhere to and enforce company policies.
