SPG Therapy & Education is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for positions within educational settings. *Hiring for the Academic Year

Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of experience as a BCBA, with a preference for those with school-based experience.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards.
  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and create treatment strategies.
  • Design and manage behavior intervention plans for an assigned group of students.
  • Oversee skill acquisition programs and provide training to improve treatment results for the assigned caseload.
  • Maintain consistent communication with educational staff and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in educational settings implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
  • Experience in training educational staff and parents.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with the capacity to work as a collaborative and supportive team member.

General Requirements:

  • Fingerprint background clearance.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
