Job Summary

Behavior Management Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Supervisor Trainee - Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing clinical program oversight for clients, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to direct aide staff, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional care.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral programs, goals, and behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Progress Monitoring: Write and submit progress reports on IEP goals, tracking student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • IEP Support: Update IEPs in our electronic system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Attend IEP meetings, consult with teachers and school staff, and work directly with students to provide behavior support strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track problem behaviors and skill acquisition targets daily, using data to inform program development and decision-making.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other supervisors and staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's level education in a relevant field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional and joyful attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Independent worker with a flexible ability to recognize priorities and solve problems, effective communicator and problem solver with high levels of self-awareness.
