Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all. The role involves answering calls, managing appointments, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules, including booking and rescheduling as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure security by following company procedures, monitoring access, and managing visitor sign-ins.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
