HVAC Business Development Representative

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Business Development Representative to join our team at Gemaire Distributors, LLC. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for securing maximum market share and sales dollars consistent with established sales policies and programs. The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Present quality proposals and pitches to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
This role requires a minimum 2-4 years sales experience, proven work history in the sales and marketing arenas, and 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.
