CHS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Missoula, MT. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers promptly, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
- Assist with ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and monitoring stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring customers and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and create engaging displays.
- Adhere to safety protocols, report hazards, and participate in training programs to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, including cash registers and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
