Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our Support/Jobsite operations team to assist with technical problems/issues.
  • Develop a customer service mindset and a passion for technology and troubleshooting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Apply excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Travel to other offices and/or jobsites as needed.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in information technology (IT) or a related field.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with Windows and Microsoft office products.
  • Basic knowledge of computer setup and connecting its peripherals.
  • Some experience in Active Directory Domain Services a plus.
  • Some experience using HTML/CSS or any other modern programming language a plus.
  • Some IT-related work experience preferred.
