About the Role:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, discussing our innovative products, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage leads for our Sales Representatives.
  • Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Utilize available resources to research and provide accurate information.
  • Inform customers about our product offerings and services.
  • Input new customer data into our system and update existing records.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions according to our standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain detailed call logs for reference.

What We Offer:
