The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of guiding and managing teams of diverse engineers to ensure successful product delivery. Define project responsibilities by identifying phases and elements, assigning personnel, and generating input for technical scope requirements in proposals while reviewing contractor bids.

Establish project specifications by analyzing product design, customer needs, and performance standards, conducting technical studies, preparing cost estimates, and developing system-level designs.

Collaborate with the Program Manager on monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, technical inputs for bids and proposals, functional engineering schedule contributions, and identification of technical risks along with mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with flight simulator industry standards and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Experience in working with customers and product managers to translate business needs into technical requirements is preferred.
