Position Overview:
This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in the construction sector, particularly in the realm of luxury residential projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the complete lifecycle of construction initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of project development, from inception through to completion.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct site evaluations and monitor project progress, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Control project finances, including expense tracking and cost forecasting.
  • Engage with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues that could affect project timelines or budgets.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets established standards.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction field.
  • Proven track record in managing high-end custom home construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction management practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
