About the Role

As a Business Development Center Agent at Team Granger, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable skills)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM software and data entry

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission structure, training and development opportunities, fun and energetic work environment, potential for career advancement, health, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation & sick time.
