As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest quality patient care and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center's clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision.
- Implement staff development programs, quality assurance, and monitoring budgets for service programs.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to communicate effectively and drive business growth.
- Develop and plan strategies to manage program growth and ensure business sustainability.
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
- Current license as a FL Registered Nurse.
- Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- At least five years operating room/critical care experience.
- At least two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
- Ambulatory experience is a plus.
- Surgical experience in the clinical areas of pre-op/pacu or perioperative nursing is preferred.
