The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical departments of our Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement staff development programs, quality assurance, and monitoring budgets for service programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to communicate effectively and drive business growth.
- Develop and plan strategies to manage program growth and ensure business sustainability.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, such as Joint Commission and CMS standards of care, fiscal budgets, and performance improvement.
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
- BSN or higher degree required.
- Current license as a FL Registered Nurse.
- Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- At least five years operating room/critical care experience.
- At least two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
