- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing with a BSN or higher degree.
- Current license as a FL Registered Nurse and current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- At least five years operating room/critical care experience and at least two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
