About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Trident Medical Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care, including computer order entry, drug distribution, and evaluation of medication orders.
  • Evaluate drug interactions and allergies, and therapeutic monitoring of drugs.
  • Direct activities of pharmacy technicians on the night shift.
Requirements
  • SC state Pharmacist license required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.
