Senior Restoration Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Restoration PM/Estimator to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial restoration construction and experience with project management and estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project proposals to determine budget, time frames, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, assigning duties and responsibilities to project staff, and managing subcontractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and drawings, and negotiate and execute change orders.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports for management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project personnel to provide technical guidance and resolve issues, modifying schedules and plans as needed.
  • Monitor and control project costs, reviewing and analyzing job costs with project personnel.
  • Oversee project closeout, including final quantities, change orders, and releases from agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial restoration construction PM/estimation.
  • Working knowledge of commercial restoration construction documentation and general contracting principles.
  • Ability to write and review contracts, and experience with Xactimate software.
  • BS/BA in Construction, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire damage restoration processes and theories.
  • Leadership skills, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Ability to produce timely results of high quality and accuracy.
  • IICRC, FSRT, AMR, WRT certifications a plus.

Salary: $85k-$105k annually
