Job Summary

The Construction Technician is responsible for providing construction services on small projects. This role involves performing various tasks such as rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills, effective written and oral communication, basic math skills, and experience in restoration and/or construction. A high school diploma/GED is required. The employee will be exposed to extreme conditions such as heat, and will occasionally climb ladders.

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. The position occasionally requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work in support of emergency services. Travel is required and is primarily local.
